In the traditional fruit industry, farmers have a lot of to pick in short period time when harvest season approaches. They had hire additional labor during harvesting because needed be harvested accurately and quickly. But cost hiring seasonal workers puts more burden on farmers, especially COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, this paper designs robotic gripper with an arm adaptive fingertips. The flexibility allows it grasp fruits any shape size without dropping or causing deformation. addition, motors wheels can added base moved next tree. Using Arduino Nano as controller, device use APP achieve wireless Bluetooth control, easy operate. mechanical claw is driven by three-jaw structure only single drive function complete gripping action, screw motor. also has two degrees freedom, relying electric actuators provide lifting action. jaws human wrist-like rotation effect imitate hand picking fruits.
